2. Data collection 

 2.1. The information you provide is generally not necessary for the use of our online services and for the disclosure of personal data, unless you make a purchase from our online store. However, if personal data (name, postal address, e-mail address) are collected in the course of the provision of our online services, this is done for the purpose of fulfilling the order placed through our online store. For example, if you wish to order products (packaging) from our website, we will ask for your e-mail address and information that will allow us to fulfil the order and verify that the information you have provided is correct. 

 2.2. Automatically collected information. To ensure data security and to improve the user experience, we also collect non-personal information in connection with our online services. For example, we record information about the web browser, operating system and domain name you were using when visiting our website, the number of times you have visited our website, the average time you spent on our website and the pages you viewed. Such automatically collected data will not be linked to data collected from other sources. At the same time, we reserve the right to verify this information ex post if we receive specific indications of illegal activities. 2.3. Online analysis. In order to continuously optimise functionality and ensure maximum user-friendliness, some of our web services use the following web analytics services and social media plug-ins. 3. Use of personal data 

 In principle, the data you provide will only be used for the purposes specified. These objectives include in particular:

• Provision, improvement and support of our online services: this includes analysing the data, identifying usage trends and calculating usage patterns and statistics.
• Marketing: your personal data will only be used for marketing purposes, such as surveys or promotional campaigns, if you have given your consent. In this case, your data will be retained for 1 year unless longer retention for other reasons is legally permitted. You can withdraw your consent to the use of your personal data for marketing purposes at any time. For more information, see paragraph 5.
• Requesting reports or other information material: if you request reports or other information material from us, the personal information you provide will only be used for the purpose of processing your request and will then be retained for a maximum of 1 year. We may use the services of third parties to fulfill orders, to whom we will transfer your data only for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We will only use the personal data provided by you for other purposes if you have given your consent.
• Use of the contact form: if you use the contact form to submit a query, the information you provide, including your contact details, will be used to process the query and will be stored for later use should the need for follow-up arise. We may also transfer your personal data to relevant third parties if this is necessary to process your request. Your personal data will be retained for as long as it is necessary to process your request and for a maximum of 1 year, unless longer retention for other reasons is legally permitted.

Depending on the type of activity you request (e.g., returning a call, placing an order, requesting services or information, etc.), we may transfer your information to third parties involved in fulfilling your order (e.g., courier companies or manufacturing companies, etc.). PouchEurope uses a wide range of data security measures to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of your personal information. However, given the structure of the Internet, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that there may be security vulnerabilities in the transmission of data over the Internet (e.g. in e-mail communications) and that absolute protection of data from third parties is not possible.
